Business Analyst

We are seeking for experienced Business Analyst to join our e-commerce IT team, who excels at translating complex data into actionable insights.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive significant business improvements through data-driven decision-making.

Your communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with various stakeholders to convey insights effectively.

Additionally, you will be part of our one of the kind e-commerce solutions in the market, contributing to a pioneering initiative in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of working in CPQ or e-commerce area. You will apply this knowledge to shape and align IT solution/services in Hitachi Energy business solution.

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collecting and evaluating business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.

• Data Collection and Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions1.

• Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in business processes and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Stakeholder Management: Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure their requirements are understood and met.

• Gap Analysis: Identifying gaps between current processes and desired outcomes and proposing solutions to bridge these gaps.

• Creating Functional Specifications: Documenting detailed functional specifications that outline the requirements for new systems or processes.

• Change Management Facilitation: Helping manage the transition to new processes or systems to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.

• Extensive knowledge of Sales and Marketing processes, especially in Quotation area would be an asset.

• 5+ years of experience as Business or Functional Analyst (or similar role)

• Knowledge of CPQ processes and tools (preferably Conga)

• Understanding of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)

• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation skills

• Working experience in managing data strategy and collaborating with architects for developing data models in relevance to the program

• Additional plus: knowledge of e-commerce will be an advantage , experience of working in ecosystem with SAP H4/HANA, Salesforce, Mulesoft i
