We are looking for a Transport, Trade & Logistics Specialist who will work in Hitachi Energy Tuzla location.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing outbound logistics process flow in order to achieve defined target for customer service level and inventory levels
• Managing and monitoring import operations according to inbound delivery document
• Developing collaborative environment for the optimum process execution within the factory to improve customer on time delivery
• Providing effective coordination with customs agencies and 3rd party logistics companies
• Creating outbound delivery and issuing shipment documents (commercial invoice, e-invoice, e-waybill, customs documents, customer specific documents etc.)
• Issuing letter of credit and bank instructions
• Identifying process improvement opportunities for smooth transport operations
• Maintaining constructive relationships and clear alignment with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring and updating the changes in customs legislation and applications
• Creating freight order for CIF and DAP shipments in SAP TM module with assigned LSP
• Creating clearance instructions in SAP GTS
• Preparing related periodic reports and performing standard & ad hoc analysis
• Ensure alignment with all local and global regulations

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree (Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or related fields)
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English language
• Experience in ERP systems, preferably in SAP
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Minimum 4 years of experience in related fields
• Knowledge in export / import regulations
• Excellent communication, analytical and follow-up skills
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
• Military service completed for male applicants
