R&D Test lab Engineer

·    Procuring new machines for the new Capacitor testing lab. 
·    Commissioning the lab equipment's
·    Build safety culture in the lab
·    Conservent with lab certification, obtaining the certification and maintaining the certificate
·    Testing of MV capacitors as per relevant IS/ IEC/IEEE standards.
·    Testing should be conducted in all 3 shifts.
·    Support GPS/ Engineering/ production with the outcome of testing. 

·    Follow & maintain the standard procedure of change management for every workflow.

·    Create development report, analysis report, assembly & test instruction, etc.

·    Perform root cause analysis.

·    Coordination with various cross functional stakeholders.
