Technology Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and development projects to optimize the production process and product development.

• Exploring new technologies to improve the quality of the materials produced and optimize the production process itself.
• Co-creation of new directions for the development of insulating materials used in transformers.
• Cooperation and coordination of the work of research facilities (internally and externally).
• Participation in the work of standardization bodies.
• Design and improve laboratory setups

Requirements:

• University degree (preferably in the following fields: molecular, chemical, bioprocess engineering).
• Experience of working in research and development department
• Participation/management of R&D projects (certificate/graduate studies in project management welcome)
• Knowledge of conduct gas and liquid analysis
• English (intermediate)
