Manufacturing Quality Laboratory Services Experienced Para-Professional

Responsible for performing various testing procedures in a laboratory environment for quality assurance. Duties usually consist of making measurements, performing several routine quantitative and qualitative analytical tests, performing calculations and determinations on tests, and evaluating physical/chemical characteristics. Familiar with the use of standard and industry specific specialized laboratory equipmentAnalyzes test results and experiments to ensure conformity to physical and/or chemical specifications. Maintains records of analysis and tests A Specialist Para-Professional (S4) requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities may include:  Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations. Training, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees. Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.
