How you will make an impact

• Perform detailed quality inspections to ensure components meet specifications.
• Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional tests on transformer units.
• Utilize SAP QM for tracking inspection results, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Document and process Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for defective or non-compliant components, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Ensure all transformer assemblies comply with industry standards, technical drawings, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production,to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
• Operate testing equipment and tools necessary for final assembly inspections.
• Support process improvements.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines in final assembly operations.

Your Background:

• Graduated from electrical or mechanical departments of technical high schools
• At least 2 years of experience in the transformer sector
• Knowledgeable about technical drawing, measuring instruments, SAP QM module and NCR
• Having communication skills in English and Turkish
