Service Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for service project execution including delivery of service/material, payment collection, project reporting and support on customer survey.

• You will arrange project kick-off meeting and take over project from Sales/Sales support team and receive the trouble shooting case from customer or internal channels.

• You will analysis the risk and opportunity for project execution, optimize risk mitigations plan and monitor project execution cost. Improve the project execution margin.

• You will manage project schedule and create execution team including internal resource and external contractor, ensure project team members to complete individual tasks to be in line with project milestone.

• You will manage customer's activity i.e. payment / drawing approval to ensure the project milestones, coordinate schedule change/ scope change with customer, register change orders in SAP system.

• You will be the first contact person to customer, active and positive communication to ensure customer satisfaction, in case deviations with commercial contract, take necessary actions to bring the project on track.

• You will take regular project meeting/ reporting to customer, mange customer demand and coordinate execution resources and work with legal team in case required, i.e. overdue case.

Your background:

• You hold bachelor and above, major in mechanical/electrical engineering and Related.

• More than 5 years project management experience, good knowledge about GIS products. Project management certification is preferred.

• Good team player. Like challenges and interested in learning new things/knowledge.

• Good communication and presentation skills, customer orientation.

• Fluent English skills in written, oral and reading, basic Japanese speaking and reading.
