Your Mission

As a HR Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient end to end employee lifecycle processes including payroll processing across both Belgium and the Netherlands. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, managing the integration and functionality of interfaced HRIS systems and a T&A-system. Your technical expertise will play a key role in optimizing payroll processes and resolving system-related challenges. This role combines both hands-on operational responsibility and the team coordination with a focus on ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across HR and Payroll. You’ll collaborate closely with your HR Operations team, ensuring flawless payroll execution and supporting the broader HR function across both countries.
