Project Management Engineering, Construction & Commissioning Specialist Professional

Your responsibilities:

  • You will lead the complete project engineering team to supply all deliveries in accordance with contractual agreements, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial targets and schedule commitments.

  • You will manage the communication with the customer, sub-suppliers, sub-contractors and partners on technical matters.

  • You will plan, execute and control the interface with the procurement and the construction processes.

  • You will ensure the project/tender is properly staffed with the right level of competence and escalate all concerns in due time.

  • You will communicate and manage effectively all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of policies and instructions by adopting external/internal best practices and findings from lessons learned.

Your background 

  • You hold university degree in Engineering, or a degree deemed to be equivalent.

  • At least 5 to 8 years professional experience in a site management position.

  • Ability to motivate people and create team spirit, good coaching skills and able to create document used with MS Word, Excel, Power point.

  • Sales and Tendering experience are highly desirable.

  • Site experience is highly desirable.

  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
