People Management and Competency Development Expert

The opportunity

As IT People Management and Competency Development Expert, you support the IT Organization with IT people management and development topics, ranging from definition, planning and execution of IT people strategy utilizing your hands-on expertise in HR and People Development and proven track of leading HR and development projects.
In addition, you collaborate with HR on topics related to IT people management and development utilizing synergies to develop the organization further.

How you will make an impact

  • Supporting Global IT Organizational Development Manager in definition and planning of the IT people strategy to ensure alignment of the organizational aspects with IT strategy and IT Operating Model
  • Supporting definition and measurement of IT organizational objectives, targets and KPIs
  • Leading as a Project Manager or collaborating as a team member on several initiatives as defined by IT people strategy. The initiatives may range from IT organizational set-up throughout the people skills and competencies development and organizational culture change
  • Managing 3rd party vendors providing people management and development services or supporting IT people management and development initiatives
  • Supporting IT People Management and Development process definition, measurement and improvement
  • Analyzing People Management and Development data and derive insights and recommendations for decisions
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to IT stakeholders on various levels
  • Collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver the IT people strategy objectives and targets

Your background

  • 5+ years of professional working experience in HR or Learning & Development. Experience in similar field in an international company is preferred.
  • Proven track of leading projects  as Project Manager delivering initiatives in the area of People Management and development. Knowledge of HR processes (workforce planning and execution, employee life-cycle, people development, skills and competency planning and training curricula delivery, training administration).​
  • Working knowledge of Workday and LMS solutions preferred.
  • Problem Solving methodologies, like Lean 6 Sigma preferred.
  • Organizational Change Management, PROSCI certification preferred.
  • MS Office - Power Point, Excel – intermediate level as minimum. PowerBi, Share-point preferred
