Develop, plan, and implement Supply Chain strategy to optimize costs, quality, delivery, and reliability of suppliers and products for specific internal projects. Purchase materials according to specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms, ensuring alignment with corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead communication with global and internal project stageholders (R&D, QA, FC)
  • Work in multi-cultural team with manz stageholders and interests
  • Identify and qualify new suppliers with relevant teams.
  • Negotiate and renew agreements with main suppliers.
  • Adapt and recommend frame agreements to management.
  • Evaluate bids to determine optimal value.
  • Provide market information to bid and proposal teams.
  • Track deliveries and ensure invoice processing.
  • Monitor and resolve supplier performance issues.
  • Manage supply orders and track supplier performance.
  • Ensure supplier orders meet customer requirements.
  • Lead qualification of new materials and process the required changes in system
  • Conduct activities per policies and keep systems updated.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to analyze bids and market information.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain procedures.
