Senior Project Management Specialist

The opportunity:

Join our team as a Senior Project Management Specialist, where you'll be responsible for updating project plans, executing and controlling projects, and ensuring alignment with Hitachi Energy's offers and customer contracts. You'll manage resources, resolve complex issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Additionally, you'll oversee invoicing, ensure documentation accuracy, and implement cybersecurity project processes. Your role will also involve adhering to safety protocols and continuously improving project performance.

How you'll make an impact:

• You will update Project Plans include milestones, schedules, and deadlines.

• You will ensure goals are met on time and within budget.

• You will check alignment with Hitachi Energy's offers and customer contracts.

• You will handle human resources and equipment and resolve complex issues and keep internal and external stakeholders informed and follow safety protocols.

• You will oversee invoicing requests, ensure documentation accuracy, and analyze project performance, discuss and apply lessons learned and handle warranty issues and project closure.

• You will deploy cybersecurity project processes.

Your background:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is an advantage; Project Management certification preferred.

• Strong training and commitment in these areas.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Planner.

• Detail-oriented with high organizational abilities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, effective communicator, and able to work independently and with a global team remotely.

• Ability to travel to remote sites and possess a valid Driver’s License.
