High Voltage Products – Portfolio Cybersecurity Manager (f/m/d)

The Opportunity
 

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Cybersecurity Manager to join our High Voltage Products (PGHV) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cybersecurity aspects of our portfolio, ensuring that all products meet the highest security standards throughout their lifecycle. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures.
 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the cybersecurity aspects of the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain oversight of cybersecurity laws, regulations, and directives relevant to Hitachi Energy, managing associated risks. Represent PGHV in the HE Cybersecurity Council and contribute to defining internal Hitachi Energy cybersecurity policies

  • Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop and implement a harmonized cybersecurity approach across digital products in High Voltage Products. Ensure the deployment of effective cybersecurity actions

  • Product Development: Ensure that all product releases comply with cybersecurity requirements, coordinate global activities of Product Security Officers, and manage the release clearance process

  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Global Product Managers, Product Security Officers, and BU Cybersecurity Officers. Actively contribute to the PGHV Cybersecurity Council led by the PGHV Cybersecurity Officer
     

Your Background

  • MSc in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity management, preferably in a product management environment. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, regulations, and best practices

  • Excellent communication skills, a team player attitude, and initiative. Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders

  • Experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
