Packing & Shipping Supervisor

Your responsibilities:

  • You will establish and maintain the safety and work operation processes of packaging, finished product warehouse management, and finished product transportation to meet business needs. You will develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks, manage the accuracy of warehouse item master data, equipment and facilities.

  • You will ensure the availability and timely maintenance of equipment and facilities. Identify and recommend necessary technical equipment and facility improvements.

  • According to international and national standards, formulate packaging standards will be suitable for the company's products, and meet the safety requirements of cranes, forklifts and other handling tools used in the process of transportation and transfer at the same time, it can meet the cost control and efficiency improvement.

  • You will involve in optimize warehouse capacity, inventory, visual management, and operation processes, recommend, and implement measures to improve service quality, improve the efficiency and equipment performance of departments and operators. You will advise the management team of the FG warehouse lessor to improve efficiency, safety, supervise and ensure the smooth progress of daily material receiving, storage, distribution and cargo delivery activities, ensure the accuracy of your inventory through periodic counts.

  • You will cooperate with TTL team to optimize transportation safety, loading rate, control transportation costs at the same time, it led the innovation of transportation from loading, tracking of the transportation process, and digital monitoring to the customer's site, it can meet the monitoring and management of the speed of the transportation process and the vibration acceleration of transportation (whether the 3G exceeds the standard).

  • You will lead, motivate, organize, and encourage employees to work as a team to ensure that set productivity and key performance indicator (KPI) goals are met and team engagement is achieved.

  • You will maintain health and safety standards, ensure quality and environmental goals are met. The leadership team will identify and take measures to eliminate and reduce the risks of loading, unloading, hoisting, and palletizing in the process of packaging, transshipment, FG management, storage, and transportation. At the same time, you will lead the team to improve safety awareness and improve safety management level.

Your background:

  • You hold bachelor’s degree or above, with professional knowledge in logistics and warehouse.

  • More than 3 years of logistics management experience in foreign-funded enterprises, and those who have used Lean Sigma or other related theories to lead optimization projects are preferred.

  • Good data analysis ability, good at finding problems and analyzing root causes, able to sensitively identify potential risks and find solutions.

  • Strong leadership skills in team performance management and personnel development.

  • Proficient in the use of excel, PowerPoint and other office software, proficient in the use of SAP is preferred.

  • Have a continuous improvement mentality and passion for continuous improvement.

  • Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
