The Hitachi Energy Wireless Complete Software + Hardware Care plan minimizes network downtime, accelerates problem resolution, and simplifies field service for Hitachi Energy Wireless customers. This annual maintenance plan includes all the features of Complete Software Care plus extends the initial hardware warranty period.

This service is available for all Hitachi Energy Wireless networking products - TRO600, TropOS, MicrOS, TeleOS, and ArcheOS.

Key features of the Complete Software + Hardware Care offering are:

  • Advance product replacement (next business day) for covered Hitachi Energy Wireless products
  • Extended hardware warranty for covered Hitachi Energy Wireless products for the length of time Complete Hardware Care is in effect
  • Hitachi Energy Wireless Complete Software Care

Complete Software + Hardware Care plan must be purchased at the same time that the covered Hitachi Energy Wireless products are purchased.

Complete Software + Hardware Care - Premium

The Complete Software + Hardware Care - Premium is an annual maintenance plan that includes all the features of Complete Software + Hardware Care, and adds 24 x 7 x 365 access to Hitachi Energy Wireless TAC engineers.
