Project Manager - HR Ops

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proficient with the project management skills

  • Manage projects end to end with focus on Quality of Delivery and Process Efficiency. Track and control project timelines, resource allocation, identify and mitigate risks, and accountable for communication management

  • Develops and manages strategic solutions for process improvements and back-office support for standard operations

  • Work directly with India HR Delivery lead in driving the initiatives/ projects across HR Ops Service lines

  • Work directly with SEA & MEA Fos in HR Ops. in driving standardization, streamlining and automation initiatives.

  • Collaborates with extended leadership and other key stakeholders in managing service delivery, capacity management, and key performance metrics

  • Lead kick-off meetings for large/ complex assignments/Global projects to ensure common and comprehensive understanding of client/stakeholder requirements

  • The individual work with India HR delivery lead on strategy to achieve the defined business objectives/targets and cadence around determined service level agreements, determining control standards, and identifying issue escalation matrix.

  • Identify and lead process enhancement initiatives and support India HR delivery lead in implementing it effectively across

  • Stakeholder management

  • Running initiatives / projects across India (BGL) Center

  • Focus on enhancing technical & personnel effectiveness through training, education, and coaching

  • Implement various quality, technology, automation, and standardization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and ongoing PMO tasks.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s / Post Graduate degree and/or equivalent with 8 - 10+ years of work

  • Hands on experience on the project management and closely worked with management to drive initiatives and management activities across regions with large teams.

  • Proficient with Data Analysis

  • Project Management of multiple projects

  • Ensure Capacity and Workload management

  • Effective Stakeholder Management

  • Understanding of consulting solution

  • Risk and Escalation Management

  • Understanding and Reporting of Operational Metrics

  • Advanced MS Excel

  • Proficiency on MS word, Power Point & PowerBI,

  • Ability to Apply technology tools to situations & provide unique solutions

  • Contribute to improving technology and its application

  • Working with People as project teams: Should be able to maintain colleague data. Working with teams, keep team updated on client and project.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills , Planning, Analytical and critical thinking capabilities ,Problem Solving , Decision Making, Flexibility/Adaptability

  • In depth knowledge of project management practices

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
