We are looking for Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. 

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Operating Unit Manager, Grid Integration, you will provide support to the business by ensuring that all purchasing and logistics activities align with corporate policies and procedures.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Coordinate, negotiate, and administer procurement proposals, bids, and contracts with suppliers/vendors.
  • Prepare contract and bid documents, ensuring appropriate approvals.
  • Collect and analyze technical, financial, and legal information for contract and bid documents.
  • Liaise with technical, finance, or legal teams as needed.
  • Document performance and service level agreements, and monitor vendor/supplier performance.
  • Apply practical knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
  • Work independently with general supervision, solving difficult but not complex problems.
  • Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

Your background

  • Over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, working as a Buyer with electrical, mechanical, and services supplies.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Knowledge of SAP and Office 365 applications.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance stakeholders, both external and internal.
  • A technical bachelor's degree (such as Industrial or Electrical Engineering) is a plus but not essential.
