The opportunity:


The PGSV - LATAM Hub Support will provide essential operational and administrative support to Hitachi's Power Grids Services (PGSV) operations across the Latin America (LATAM) region, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Drive the back charge process, invoicing and accounting.

  • Responsible to collect the Flash numbers and validate the numbers.

  • Validate the numbers reported in management tool with Flash numbers and make corrections.

  • Responsible to prepare Hub presentation by coordinating with Hub controller and other Stake Holders.

  • Responsible to collect and report Forecast numbers.

  • Drive the Budget process at Hub level and key person to co-ordinate with Country Controllers.

  • Effective co-ordination between Business Unit and Hub by resolving the queries proactively.

  • Responsible to check for best practices and implement.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external.

  • Support the implementation and adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards within the LATAM region.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

  • CA/CMA/CA Inter/CMA Inter/ MBA.

  • 4+ years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning and Analysis and reporting.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working experience with Power Bi is preferred.

  • Hands on experience in SAP is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task management.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
