Sales Support Specialist

Your responsibilities:

  • You will manage marketing & sales operation procedure in whole process, including project forecasts, analysis, pursuing, bidding, negotiating, contracting, collecting accounts receivable, post-sales, data maintenance, etc.

  • You will establish and maintain effective customer relationship to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/system/ service offering, and align to provide a solution.

  • You will ensure a positive customer experience.

  • You will be responsible for quotation, bidding, contract negotiation, and coordination with customers, supporting commercial and legal teams to conduct risk reviews and contract signing.

  • You will maintain and update the Salesforce database on quality and on time.

  • You will support the PM in collecting accounts receivable.

Your background:

  • You hold bachelor’s or master’s degree, majored in science or engineering (electrical related major preferred).

  • More than 5 years of experiences on sales, business development, account management in Electrical products market.

  • Responsible and stable, self-driven with work pressure, strong communication, customer-focused mindset.

  • Adequate English communication & MS office skills.
