Celonis Data Analyst with English

The opportunity:

As a Celonis Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming and preparing supply chain data for analysis. You will collaborate with SCM teams within our factory to understand data-related challenges and develop innovative solutions. Your expertise in data interpretation will help drive decisions and optimize operational efficiency. You will also support the implementation of data-driven solutions and Action Flows, leveraging a wide array of statistical and advanced analytic methods to provide valuable business insights.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Clean, transform, and prepare supply chain data for analysis
  • Collaborate with SCM teams within assigned factory to understand data related challenges and help to develop solutions
  • Interpret the Celonis data and help to drive decisions based on outcomes
  • Support the implementation of data-driven solutions to optimize and improve operational efficiency
  • Support implementation of Action Flows by collaborating with data management team
  • Leverage/Implement a wide array of statistical and advanced analytic methods to drive business insights and support data-driven decisions
  • Work cross-functionally within the organization to identify opportunities to leverage data/analytics to improve business operations and drive efficiencies
  • Work on ad-hoc requests related to data visualization
  • Be an expert in Celonis data interpretation and provide support to end users (SCM)
  • Act as an interface between Celonis implementation team and SCM in factory and CSS

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the Supply Chain domain
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes from complex data sets
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools like Power BI to create impactful dashboards and reports
  • Experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
