TTL Process & Change Management Specialist APMEA Region - TTL Continuous Improvement and Systems Team

The opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process & Change Management Specialist for APMEA region  to join our dynamic TTL Global Continuous Improvement & Systems Team in Hitachi Energy.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise and knowledge of SAP TM. Additional knowledge of SAP BN4L, SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Quote to Cash (Q2C) modules will be a strong plus. This role is crucial in ensuring that TTL operational teams follow the process, know and utilize SAP TM as well as identifying and removing any system roadblocks and bottlenecks with continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to facilitate cross-business stakeholder exchanges, understand business requirements, and recommend the best solutions.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Support continuous improvement from regional perspective and with local input. Contribute to Continuous Improvement Initiatives with the focus on increasing the correct and compliant system usage.

  • Support further roll out of TTL strategy. Lead the implementation of SAP TM in different countries of the region.

  • Support regional end users, drive system adoption and assist CoE and BUs in improving data completeness and operational efficiency.

  • Support SAP COE Team  with the input regarding business process where there are new developments required.

  • Participate in testing for regional scenarios to ensure functionality and data integrity (during system changes and new features implementations).

  • Support TTL sourcing team with carrier onboarding, training and guidance on the BN4L system usage and API integration.

  • Ensure that the system is used according to the process observing compliance requirements.

  • Find out internal training needs in the region, support or conduct trainings; create regional specific training materials.

  • Analise data based on reports as well as gathering feedback from end users (internal & external) and based on the information find out improvements and potential new system developments – turn them into User Stories and cooperate with system developers and project team to deliver them.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, cross-stream environments.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP TM and SAP systems.

  • Experience in SAP TM Module in the area of Shipment Planning & Execution.

  • Knowledge of SAP BN4L, SAP P2P and Q2C modules.

  • High capability of stakeholder & change management.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong ownership and proactive approach.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

  • Project management experience is an added advantage

  • SAP GTS and Trade knowledge will be a plus.

  • Knowledge of taxation rules in APMEA region would be a benefit.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
