Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead production operations to meet demand, quality, and cost targets.

  • Ensure safety and environmental compliance across all activities.

  • Assess risks and implement safety plans for people and equipment.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to optimize schedules.

  • Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

  • Support customer visits and showcase manufacturing capabilities.

  • Develop and motivate your team to achieve operational goals.

  • Manage budgets and resolve cost-related challenges.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.

  • 10+ years in manufacturing operations management.

  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma training/certifications.

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.

  • Proven leadership and change management experience.

  • Skilled in presenting complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
