How you’ll make an impact
1. You should be an expert in design/construction management, authority submission, tender/contract management.
2. You will be familiar with design and construction of interior fitting-out for MNC workplaces and various other facilities.
3. You will be familiar with global standards e.g. ISO/ENIEC/BSI/ASHRAE/TIA/CIBSE/BOMA/RSMEANS/NFPA.
4. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
5. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree.
2. At least 10 years working experience in as real estate project manager.
3. Experience in handling greenfield construction projects for manufacturing facility above 50Ksqm.
4. Certified PMP or equivalent and major in construction management or MEP.
5. Self motivated with good team spirit and able to travel substantially.
6. Excellent English and stakeholder communication skills in a multi-cultural/matrix/remote work environment.
