We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Factory HR Specialist to support all human resources functions within our manufacturing facility. This is an onsite role and will be responsible for overseeing all blue‑collar HR processes. This position is crucial for fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the workforce needs of our production operations.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Administer and support all aspects of the blue-collar employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and offboarding for factory blue-collar employees. Act as the primary point of contact for factory lue-collar employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures, providing guidance and support on a wide range of issues.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process for factory positions.

  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations, collective agreements, as well as internal company policies and procedures.

  • Assist in resolving blue-colar employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and Hinext.

  • Assist in developing and delivering HR-related training programs for blue-collar employees and supervisors (e.g., safety, compliance).Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.

  • Generate HR blue-collar reports and analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to management.

  • Support businesses in meeting the HSE KPIs, develop and drive HSE strategic actions.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, coupled with excellent problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities; strong capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, along with experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with employees at all levels.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proficiency in English is considered a strong plus.
