Voor onze vestiging in Rotterdam zijn we op zoek naar een goed georganiseerde persoon, met ervaring op het gebied van planning en samenwerking met leveranciers, om te werken als Service Work Planner.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Samenwerken met het team van Service Engineers bij het plannen van hun werk voor de klanten

  • Samenwerken met het magazijn om ervoor te zorgen dat het team ter plaatse over alle benodigde hulpmiddelen beschikt.

  • Coördineren van transport van groot gereedschap naar de werklocatie

  • Trackingtools in het systeem

  • Toezicht op de tolcertificering

  • CV in het Engels

  • Contract van 1 jaar

Vereisten:

  • Min. middelbare school diploma

  • 4-5 jaar ervaring met het plannen van taken, min. 2 jaar in de productiesector, bij voorkeur op het gebied van transformatore

  • Goede communicatie vaardigheden

  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

  • Ervaring met het werken met MS Office, veelal met MS Excel

  • SAP-ervaring is een pré

  • CV in het Engels

To our Rotterdam branch we are looking well organize person, with scheduling and vendor cooperation experience , to work as Service Work Planner.

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperating with Service Engineers team in terms of scheduling their job for the clients

  • Collaborate with warehouse to be ensure on site team has all needed tools.

  • Coordinating transport of big tools to the job location

  • Tracking tools in the system

  •   Monitoring of the tolls certification

  • 1 year contract

Requirements:

  • Min. high school degree

  • 4-5 years of the experience in scheduling job, min. 2 years in  production industry- preferably in transformers area

  • Good communication skills

  • Good command of Dutch and English

  • Experience in working with Ms Office, mostly with Ms Excel

  • SAP experience in an advantage

  • Experience in corporate environment is advantage

  • CV in English
