Industrial Engineering Specialist

The opportunity

A Team Member who works within team of professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some semi-skilled employees and contractors. Industrial engineering expertise in tooling, machinery and RE infrastructure & CAPEX budgeting, Planning and execution of Continuous improvement, Method development and productivity improvement projects. Monitoring progress and performance against the Maintenance plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to achieve Maintenance KPIs. Team strengthening with capacity enhancement & cater production demand in all three shifts. Collaborating with the production team to define maintenance plans of   equipment for preventive and planned maintenance and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment

How you’ll make an impact

• Overseeing execution of Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive maintenance and Planned maintenance of equipment of insulation manufacturing production lines.

• Managing and updating technical documentation of equipment. Solving major technical, equipment issues to achieve higher performance of the production lines.

• Maintaining tools and repair equipment for a good working order. Optimizing operational and energy in a sufficient manner.

• Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.

• Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.

• Implementing health, safety and environment guidelines and directives to ensure the safety of people and resources.

• Knowledge about both mechanical & Electrical equipment drawings and their operation.

• KPI – Machine availability, OEE, MTTR & MTBR, Energy management

Your Background

• Diploma /Degree in Mechanical engineering & AutoCAD & 3D modelling is must, MS project, & SAP

• Minimum 2-8 years of experience of maintenance of Plant machinery of process industry/Paper industry /manufacturing plant/Industrial engineering or Project management experience.

• Familiarity with Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems, vacuum pumps, EOT cranes, Drying ovens, Winding machines & CAPEX budgeting and Capex investment project execution.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
