Position: Sales Specialist - Distribution Transformers

Location: Łódź

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Intensive acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and development of business contacts with current foreign contractors (internal and external).
  • Realization of implemented sales plans and marketing campaigns – organization of meetings with clients and product presentations.
  • Participation in creating medium and long-term sales and marketing strategies.
  • Preparation of sales reports presenting the various stages of implementation of agreed activities.
  • Sales and marketing of solutions in the field of products for the energy sector.
  • Conducting trade negotiations, providing consultancy and technical support to clients at every stage of sales.
  • Daily cooperation with other departments in the preparation of commercial offers and technical solutions.

Your background:

  • Higher education, preferably technical (electrical engineering, energy, automation, IT).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in working in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of the English language enabling easy communication in international environment.
  • Ability to work under time pressure, highly developed negotiating skills.
  • Ability to build good business relationships.
  • Active category B driving license and willingness to frequent business trips.
  • Easy of learning and getting to know modern technologies and technical solutions.
  • Experience in selling products in the field of energy, automation, IT and electrical engineering will be an additional advantage.
  • Knowledge of the commercial and industrial energy markets will be an additional advantage.
