How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and inspire a team of Accounts Payable professionals to achieve operational excellence.

• Oversee end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing and vendor management.

• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Collaborate with procurement, treasury, and finance teams to optimize workflows.

• Manage vendor relationships and resolve complex payment issues.

• Prepare and analyze AP reports to identify trends and improvement areas.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• 7+ years of progressive AP experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Expertise in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
