Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Champion Lean Six Sigma strategies across the site

  • Facilitate improvement projects that enhance operational performance

  • Mentor and coach teams to build CI capabilities

  • Collaborate with leaders to align CI initiatives with business goals

  • Track and report progress using KPIs and metrics

  • Promote best practice sharing across teams and locations

  • Lead change management efforts with a hands-on approach

  • Support training programs to build a strong CI community

Your Background

  • 2+ years in operations or production leadership or BS in Industrial Engineering

  • Experience working in international teams and managing change

  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • SAP experience is a plus

  • Creative problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset
