The opportunity
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager representing our factory sales and marketing of On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings used in Transformers produced in our Swiss and Swedish components factories. In this role you will be part of a Sales team and develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and in combination with high sensitivity to our customers’ needs you will find the right solutions to win customer trust and thereby orders.

This position is with placement in Ludvika, Sweden, and will require traveling, circa 20-30%.
 

How you’ll make an impact

  • Drive business growth in dedicated markets by strengthening relationships with our current customer base and developing new opportunities, positioning our On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings as the preferred choice for transformer applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transformer manufacturers and end-users, including utilities and large industrial clients.
  • Collaborate closely with local sales teams to achieve sales targets and secure product approvals.
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers by translating customer requirements into correct solutions.
  • Ensure smooth handover of customer requirements to order fulfilment through structured sales processes.
  • Monitor and follow up on sales opportunities to provide accurate forecasting to management.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to meet both short-term and long-term business goals.
     

Your background

  • We are looking for an engaged, determined and service-minded person who can work both independently and as well in a team.
  • You have electrical and/or technical background and preferably hold a master’s degree combined with commercial competence.
  • You have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • You are structured, persistent and well-organized in your way of working and committed to customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.  
  • You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself for continuous development.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal is required. Other languages are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of our products is considered advantageous.
