The opportunity

Define, maintain, and continuously improve the IT Operating Model to ensure efficient governance, optimized processes, and alignment between IT capabilities and business strategy. 

How you will make an impact:

  • Define, maintain, and improve the IT Operating Model, including OM artefacts - roles, RACI, process landscape, and governance structures.
  • Analyzing IT operations, structures, procedures and processes to improve IT organization’s effectiveness and IT operating model.
  • Ensure alignment of IT capabilities with business strategy.
  • Govern organizational change process, support transformation projects through change impact assessment and design/ definition/ update of OM artefacts.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure adoption of the operating model across IT.
  • Define, analyze and optimize processes, and maintain IT Process Landscape.
  • Maintain OCM framework, toolkit and training material for IT organization.
  • Contributes to measurement of effectiveness and addressing any identified gaps in process and content.
  • Closely collaborates with the IT Strategy Manager, IT Governance & Performance Experts, IT Continuous Improvement Experts and Competency & Development Experts.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in IT strategy, IT governance, operating model design, organizational development strategies, global IT environments and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong background in process optimization and organizational development. Strong stakeholder management and communication and facilitation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL (certification preferred) and COBIT.
  • Hands-on Organizational Change Management experience, ADKAR certification preferred.
  • Value stream mapping, L6S certification preferred.
  • Proven experience delivering projects as Project Manager, PMI certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Agile or SAFe certification preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and Visio.
