The opportunity

You will own and continuously improve the end to end CPQ business process for GPG Power, ensuring global standardization, measurable business value, and reliable adoption across hubs and regions.

This position can be fulfilled remotely within Europe. Please submit your documents in English.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Own the global CPQ process blueprint for the assigned product group, including process standards, required controls, and alignment to global templates, ensuring consistent execution across hubs and regions.

  • Lead business demand management from intake to prioritized backlog, including fit gap analysis, change request triage, business validation, and translation into clear user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with platform and IT delivery teams.

  • Drive the CPQ roadmap for the assigned scope by preparing decisions, proposing priorities, and ensuring alignment with governance bodies and release planning cadences.

  • Act as main business point of contact for GPG and regions for CPQ process topics, ensuring stakeholder alignment and managing tradeoffs across competing demands.

  • Build and lead the hub and local network of key users and process representatives to ensure template adoption, capture improvement ideas, reduce deviations, and accelerate best practice sharing.

  • Own business readiness for releases, including process documentation, training approach, UAT entry and exit criteria from business side, and go live adoption follow up to secure benefits realization.

  • Partner with IT and platform teams to ensure end to end process performance, with special focus on cross system dependencies and integration impacts on user experience and cycle time.

  • Ensure role clarity between business ownership and IT delivery to avoid overlap and ensure fast issue resolution and adoption.

Your background

  • 10 plus years relevant experience in sales, sales processes, or sales operations, with strong exposure to global stakeholder management.

  • Solid technical understanding of customer needs and the business implications of CPQ process and integration design.

  • Track record in driving global, complex projects, ensuring alignment with leadership and business.

  • Strong track record in sales, sales operations, or end to end sales processes in industrial B2B, ideally complex industrial goods.

  • Proven ability to lead complex global initiatives with multiple stakeholders and to drive decisions without formal authority.

  • Experience with process governance, standardization, and change management in intercultural environments.

  • Strong requirement engineering capability: workshop facilitation, problem framing, user story quality, acceptance criteria, and structured prioritization.

  • Excellent communication and leadership, with ability to translate between business needs and platform delivery constraints.

  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset combined with hands on execution to drive tangible outcomes.
