Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will analyze and deeply understand customers’ pain points through frequent customers visit.

  • You will complete market analysis and customers’ pain points analysis before customers visit.

  • You will develop proposals which fit customers’ true needs and requirements also develop and maintain good human relationships with customers and commercial channels.

  • You will find a win-win solution between customers and all stakeholders through constructive dialogue and negotiations, also maintain strong sense of responsibility to achieve goal of the organization and individual KPIs.

  • You will develop new business set up, including improvement of the existing one, in order to contribute for organizational operation and increase output of the team.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or above.

  • Curiosity and GRIT.

  • Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese, other of advantage.

Working hours: 900-1730 (1hr break). Flex time is applicable.
