The opportunity

The Manufacturing Analyst position presents an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical professional to become the strategic backbone of factory operations, acting as the “eagle eye” across the entire end‑to‑end manufacturing and supply chain process. This role sits at the heart of Operations, transforming raw data from SAP and MES into powerful Power BI dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into production, planning, and warehouse performance. Beyond reporting, the Manufacturing Analyst actively identifies bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and grey areas, serving as an early warning system when operational targets are at risk. The position offers strong exposure to senior factory management through regular presentation of actionable insights, escalation of risks, and follow‑up on corrective actions. In close collaboration with Continuous Improvement teams, the analyst helps shape improvement roadmaps by developing data‑driven business cases and project charters. How you’ll make an impact      

   

As a Manufacturing Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and enabling fact‑based decision‑making across the factory. Your impact will include:

  • Delivering daily operational visibility through accurate SAP and MES data extraction and high‑impact Power BI dashboards.
  • Monitoring end‑to‑end factory Key performance Indicators across Production, Planning, and Warehouse operations with a clear “A‑to‑Z” lens.
  • Identifying performance risks early and escalating KPI deviations before operational targets are missed.
  • Translating complex manufacturing data into clear, actionable insights for senior factory leadership.
  • Supporting cross‑functional alignment and execution by communicating findings and ensuring corrective actions are implemented and closed.
  • Enabling continuous improvement initiatives by highlighting high‑impact opportunities requiring structured CI projects.
  • Developing business cases and financial justifications to support CI projects and capital investment decisions.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background 

  • A bachelor’s degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data analytics or a related technical discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in: Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain analytics, Operations planning or Industrial performance roles.
  • Experience in data-driven operational roles within a plant of multi-site manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ERP System, preferably: SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for shop-floor and production data.
  • Strong understanding of master data, transactional data, and data integrity within ERP/MES environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with proficiency in Power BI.
  • Experience standardizing Daily, weekly and monthly operational KPIs (Warehouse, Production, Planning).
  • Strong ability to:
    •  Analyze operational trends and variances.
    • Identify root causes of operations issues.
    • Measure Manufacturing Operations efficiency.
  • Customer-Oriented Mindset with focus towards Operations, Planning, Warehouse and CI teams.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.
