How you’ll make an impact

  • Production support for the designated area

  • Analyze and make decision on how to release production lots (Lots on hold)

  • Perform process top-up post machine aborts

  • Operate and monitor ion implanters, ensuring parameters are set correctly and wafers are processed according to recipes

  • Conduct in-process quality control checks, including visual inspections and data logging, to ensure product integrity

  • Document and keep up-to-date all work instructions for the production personal as well as perform trainings and maintain all the training certification documentation up-to-date for the production personal

  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize processes, improve yields, and resolve production issues

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing enhancements for production and processes


Your background

  • Associate's degree in science / production processes

  • 2+ years of experience working as a process technician in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, specifically with ion implantation equipment

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes

  • Experience with various metrology tools used for in-process measurements

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals

  • Proficient in using computer-controlled equipment and data logging software

  • German fluent, ability to communicate and read English

  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict cleanroom protocols
