The opportunity

For our High Voltage Business Unit, based in Lodi, we are looking for an Sales Coordinator with a strong focus on coordinating and supporting sales activities related to the EconiQ portfolio.

In this role, you will act as a key interface between Global Product Group, local Sales organizations and customers, ensuring alignment on EconiQ solutions, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies. You will actively support the sales process across the assigned area, driving growth of both new and existing business, with particular attention to sustainable, SF₆‑free solutions and portfolio penetration.

How you´ll make an impact

  • Sales strategy, coordination & planning: support the definition and execution of the EconiQ sales strategy, in close coordination with the local and HUB Sales organizations.

    Participate in sales strategy discussions, agree on short- and long-term goals, and contribute to the negotiation of sales. Develop and coordinate area sales plans for the EconiQ portfolio, ensuring alignment between central strategy and local execution.

  • Portfolio & marketing coordination: act as a portfolio coordinator and reference point for EconiQ solutions, ensuring strong product and market knowledge within the local Sales organizations. Analyze customer needs, market trends, regulatory drivers (e.g. sustainability, SF₆ phase-out), and competitor offerings using both market intelligence and local input. Ensure effective marketing actions, including product launches, value proposition communication, and consistent messaging on EconiQ across regions.

    Work with customers, specifiers, utilities, EPCs and consultants to influence technical specifications and promote EconiQ solutions at early project stages.

  • Sales & technical support: support OU Sales organizations and customers in defining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective EconiQ solutions. Contribute to the preparation of complex and competitive offers, providing technical-commercial input during meetings, product presentations and negotiations. Deliver product, solution and portfolio-related training to sales teams, with a particular focus on EconiQ differentiators. Define transfer prices and support the selling of products, systems and services to local Sales organizations, ensuring achievement of volume, mix and profitability targets. Analyze lost opportunities related to the EconiQ portfolio to identify improvement actions and increase future competitiveness.

  • Reporting & forecasting: perform regular sales performance reviews, highlighting risks and proposing recovery plans in case of potential order shortfalls. Collect and consolidate sales forecasts for the assigned countries, supporting production planning and portfolio visibility. Provide structured and regular reporting on EconiQ sales activities, pipeline, market feedback and training initiatives.

Your background

  • Degree in Engineering or Economics.

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in complex, technical products or energy-related industries.

  • Strong command of English and Italian; Spanish and German are considered a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work across functions and geographies.

  • Availability to travel internationally (30–40%).
