As an Inventory Operations Lead, you will take ownership of inventory accuracy, process optimization, and team performance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This opportunity allows you to influence how materials flow across the business, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.

You will lead a small, collaborative team while shaping best practices that elevate efficiency and reliability across inventory operations. From analyzing data trends to resolving discrepancies and improving warehouse organization, your work will directly contribute to stronger performance, reduced waste, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of material handlers to achieve high performance
  • Implement and enhance inventory control processes and best practices
  • Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies with root cause analysis
  • Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability
  • Improve warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems
  • Provide reporting and insights to support business decisions
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience
  • Proficiency in inventory systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
