Accounts Payable Business Partner - Sweden

The opportunity
As an Accounts Payable Business Partner, you will support and guide the business in all accounts payable related matters. You will work closely with stakeholders, build strong relationships, and help ensure smooth and efficient processes.

You will act as a key contact point as someone who listens, understands needs, and connects people to the right solutions. You’ll also help improve how we work by sharing knowledge, providing training, and promoting clear communication across teams.

This role can be based in Sweden (Ludvika, Västerås), or Estonia (Tallinn), and frequent travel between these locations is expected. Remote work is partly possible.

How you’ll make an impact

  • You work closely with the Accounts Payable Center and local teams, collaborating as one team and connect the right people to resolve questions or challenges efficiently
  • You act as the link between the business and the AP Center, bringing forward feedback, needs, and insights and provide reliable advice and act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders
  • You guide stakeholders on accounts payable topics and help them navigate processes and ways of working and contribute to improvement initiatives or projects when needed
  • You support changes by communicating clearly and providing practical guidance and training
  • You identify opportunities to improve processes and work with the right teams to implement them
  • You lead and drive changes and change management around applications and ERP setting/configuration at the local level
  • You lead and drive country-specific improvements related to local AP process participants in the business.

Your background

  • You have a degree in finance, accounting, business, or similar experience
  • You bring experience from accounts payable and understand how AP processes work end-to-end
  • You are confident working with different stakeholders and building strong relationships
  • You communicate clearly and can influence others in a constructive way
  • You have experience working with ERP systems
  • You have strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
  • You are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
  • You are fluent in English
