Manufacturing Production Worker

Job Summary**

As a Manufacturing Production Worker at Hitachi, Ltd., you will be a vital part of our production team, responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging various products to meet our high-quality standards and production targets.

Job Responsibilities**

* Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
* Perform assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment.
* Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process to identify and correct defects.
* Package finished goods accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, reporting discrepancies as needed.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow and troubleshoot issues.
* Complete production records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but not required.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
* Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes.
