How you’ll make an impact:
1. You will provide expert technical support and guidance during the pre-sales and post-sales phases for GIS and PSC products.
2. You will conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to potential and existing customers, effectively showcasing product features and benefits.
3. You will gather and analyze customer requirements and feedback to inform product development and enhancement strategies.
4. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product roadmaps, create technical documentation, and develop sales collateral.
5. You will participate in competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, contributing to strategic product positioning.
6. You will support customer deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting activities for GIS and PSC solutions.
7. You will develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external customers on product usage, best practices, and new features.
8. You will act as a subject matter expert for GIS and PSC technologies, staying updated on industry advancements and regulatory changes.
9. You will independently use digital tools, data insights, and technology-enabled ways of working to support engineering, project, and operational decisions.
10. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

1. Hold a bachelor's degree or above in electrical or mechanical related majors.

2. 10 years working experience or above on GIS product management or GIS quality management.

3. Strong knowledge and knowhow of GIS, strong experience on GIS engineering. and steel supporting design, and Mechanical stress analysis and seismic calculations.

4. 2D and 3D proficient drawing skills and Office skills.

5. Good English speaking and writing document skills, able to communicate in English meetings with customers or internal HE Group internally.
6. Strong understanding of GIS principles, data models, and spatial analysis techniques.
7. Proficiency with GIS software platforms (e.g., Esri ArcGIS, Smallworld) and data management tools.
8. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
9. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
10. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
11. Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites and industry events.
