HSE & Sustainability Roadmap Execution Lead (f/m/d)


The Opportunity

Are you passionate about driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution? As Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) & Sustainability Roadmap Execution Lead, you will play a key role in turning our global HSE and Sustainability action plan into measurable business outcomes. Acting as the central coordinator across multiple stakeholders, you will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear accountability.

You will report to the Global Head of Sustainability & HSE - Grid Integration and work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to track progress, manage governance, measure performance, and drive execution excellence across a global portfolio of initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic priorities while building strong partnerships across the business.

 



How You'll Make an Impact

  • Drive execution of the global HSE & Sustainability strategy and roadmap.
  • Translate strategic priorities into structured actions, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain oversight of the HSE & Sustainability portfolio and ensure clear ownership of initiatives.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation actions.
  • Develop tools, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports to measure and track performance.
  • Support review sessions and facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Coordinate with initiative leaders and stakeholders to ensure delivery against commitments.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of strategic programs.
  • Prepare business cases and support funding requests for key initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration across functions to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

 



Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in HSE Sustainability, Business Administration, Engineering,, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, PMO, business operations, strategy execution, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects within a global and matrix organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive execution through influence and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
