Global Implementation Manager (f/m/d)

The opportunity

As Global Implementation Manager for High Voltage Products, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of product, process, and system changes across our Global High Voltage manufacturing network.

This role requires a deep understanding of High Voltage Products, engineering change processes, and their impact on manufacturing, quality, product compliance, and customer commitments. Success in this position depends on the ability to assess and manage the operational implications of product and process changes within a complex High Voltage environment.

Working closely with Operations, R&D, Product Management, PLM, and Master Data Management, you will ensure that High Voltage product-related changes are implemented consistently and efficiently across Production Units and Feeder Factories worldwide.

How you’ll make an impact 


Global Implementation & Change Management

  • Lead end-to-end implementation initiatives across Production Units and Feeder Factories worldwide
  • Manage the implementation of change notifications from assessment and Change Review Board (CRB) decisions through communication, deployment, and successful completion
  • Develop and maintain standardized implementation processes, governance structures, and documentation
  • Establish and further develop the global Landscape Implementation Management (LIM) setup and organization


Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Drive global implementation roadmaps, deployment strategies, and project plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Operations, R&D, Global Master Data, GPS, and the HVPLM Core Team
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and in line with quality expectations
  • Provide transparent reporting through defined KPIs, milestones, and governance frameworks


Operational Excellence & Capability Building

  • Promote standardization, continuous improvement, and best practices across the global organization
  • Support the implementation of global operating standards, processes, and digital solutions
  • Define training requirements and coordinate capability-building initiatives for local teams and site leadership
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure long-term adoption of new processes and systems

Your background
  • Several years of experience in implementation management, transformation projects, or change management within an industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of operational master data management and related business processes
  • Hands-on experience with PLM systems and SAP
  • Solid understanding of High Voltage Products and associated manufacturing processes
  • Strong expertise in process management, process definition, and standardization
  • Experience working in global manufacturing organizations and matrix structures
  • Project management experience and familiarity with established project management methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
