"I feel very inspired by my work when it comes to the improvement of our processes and methods in order to deliver better, innovative and more sustainable solutions to our customers. It has been a great pleasure to work together with customers who are very much committed with the transformation to greener energy grids.

Developing sustainable solutions for gas-insulated substations within renewable energy markets such as wind energy is nowadays playing a very big role in our daily work. My team has been involved on delivery of gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) installations that will serve many of the upcoming offshore wind farms to be built in Europe and US.

Being able to work with international teams is one of the best features of Power Grids. It really inspires me to learn so much from our colleagues which are sitting in different locations of the world. After working in different countries (Portugal, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland) I have now, in Power Grids, the chance to coordinate projects developed by our team in India and Czech Republic. Although we are apart, we are always connected, and I find myself lucky to be part of such a strong and committed team.

I feel excited about the new horizons that will be open to Power Grids when working together with Hitachi. I believe we have a lot to learn with each other and we will deliver great value to a greener world!"
