Sales Specialist - High Voltage Products

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a person graduated Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineer. He / She will be in charge of tendering processes including request for quotation reception, technical specifications analysis, commercial specifications analysis, request for quotation to different Hitachi Energy factories and its review and finally prepare a proposal to our clients. Follow up of these proposals until business definition working together with our Account Managers team. When success preparation of all documents to be submitted to Project Manager department leading kick off meetings.

Al product specialist will also be in charge of technical presentations, lead client visits and provide technical support both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate has to be autonomous, able to work with other departments, provide coaching to other colleagues. Fluent English is required.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Sells product / systems / service to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units / Product Groups
  • Estabilishes and maintains effective customer relantionships to understand customer neeed, promote customer understanding full product / system / service offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Prepare sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  • Creates added value for the customer and Hitachi and ensure the sucessful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
  • Communicates details in accordance with Hitachi offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)
  • Ensure efficient marketing activities and values propositions to custoers.
  • Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designed market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
  • Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed.
  • Prepares offers in coordination with the Marketing Manager. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
  • Negotiate contracts/frame agreements with customers  based on the company risk and conditions.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic or electromechanical engineering with 5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Experience in high voltage products (desirable)
  • Experience in managing technical and commercial offers
  • Advanced English level
  • Experience with the Salesforce system
