Senior Sales & Marketing Professional

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to drive impactful growth within the HVMV/LV and Transformer Service portfolios, shaping strategic sales outcomes in a highly dynamic and technical environment. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, engage directly with customers, and lead critical tendering and techno‑commercial activities that influence key business decisions. How you’ll make an impact

  • Drive proactive and reactive sales for HVMV/LV and Transformer Service portfolios.

  • Review customer enquiries, interpret technical/commercial requirements, and prepare competitive techno‑commercial bids.

  • Lead end‑to‑end tender processes, including cost modeling, cash‑flow analysis, and scope definition.

  • Identify contractual risks and opportunities while collaborating closely with sales, supply chain, and technical teams.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, manage order processing, and track key performance indicators and forecasts.

  • Build strong customer relationships, provide expert support, and represent the OEM during customer interactions.

  • Support Product Life Cycle Management by applying technical knowledge and responding promptly to issues.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and market plans, coordinating inputs from internal and external stakeholders.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, service sales, application engineering, field service, tendering, pricing, or market analysis within the industrial or energy sectors; experience in selling service products is an advantage.

  • Strong motivation to expand knowledge of technologies, substation systems, and related service offerings.

  • Solid technical understanding with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value for customers.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑engagement skills.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.
