How you’ll make an impact
1. You will support in the supplier quality performance monitoring and continues improvement, especial For C3 parts, inspection process improvement and quality tool usage.
2. You will support in fast action to all issues happened in incoming material and production process, root cause analysis and follow up corrective actions with 6 sigma/8D.
3. You will make and update inspection plan, work together with SCM colleagues for sample release.
4. You will use P-FEMA, MSA and process capability analysis and monitoring for quality control of production line products.
5. You will responsible for CCPR analysis. Find the root cause make the action plan to customers.
6. You will support in the cost reduction contribution by means of continuously quality improvement, manufacturing improvement advice, technical improvement etc.
7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
2. Required with 2 years and above working experience on SCM, product care, technical development or supplier quality management in H.V apparatus or Switchgear.
3. Has strong technical knowledge background with good study skills.
4. Has good teamwork and communication skills.
5. Be excellent at listening, speaking, reading, writing in English.
