The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.
Nearly half of our white-collar workforce comprises employees in engineering and scientific fields. How you’ll make an impact
1. You will be providing the technical guidelines for the on-site installation and commissioning of the transformer in the market.
2. You will solving the problems happen during the transformer installation and running, and provide the customers with the solution proposal in time.
3. You will be offering the training lesson of transformer maintenance.
4. You will be collecting customers’ comments on the products and feedback to our company.
5. You will be well assisting the Sales people and project managers to maintain better business relationship with customers and expand the business of transformer service.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree and above, major in electric or mechanical design.
2. Familiar with MS Office.
3. Good communication skills, self- motivated on new knowledge learning, good problem solving, good team player.
4. Be willing for frequent abroad business trip.
5. To give priority to who have work experience in Transformer company.
6. Fluent in English writing, and got certificate of university English 4 grade level or above.
