  • Oversee the full regional portfolio of factory construction projects, ensuring alignment and optimal resource use.

  • Manage portfolio-wide risks, dependencies, performance trends, and cross‑country impacts.

  • Build executive dashboards and provide strategic insights on KPIs, schedule, budget, and risk.

  • Support regional project managers through strategic oversight and consistent project controls implementation.

  • Lead portfolio review cycles, governance forums, and senior stakeholder reporting across Europe.

  • Promote innovation through digital tools, project controls standards, training, and capability‑building initiatives.

Your Background

  • Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Advanced certification such as PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or equivalent.

  • 10+ years’ leadership experience in portfolio and project management for construction/capital investment.

  • Proven track record delivering regional factory or industrial facility construction programs.

  • Experience in EPC, construction, or real estate development environments.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks across European markets.

  • Expertise in governance, project controls, reporting, and data‑based decision making.
