How you’ll make an impact

1. You will develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance operational efficiency.
2. You will conduct Request for Quotations (RFQs), cost analysis, and benchmarking within the approved supplier base to optimize procurement costs.
3. You will monitor product costs, identify cost-saving opportunities through technical optimizations and negotiations to achieve Cost Reduction (CR) targets.
4. You will be a detail-oriented Indirect Procurement Engineer to manage the sourcing, contracting, and purchasing activities for indirect categories within our factory. The role focuses on equipment, tooling, leasing, and outsourced personnel (including billing/settlement).

5. You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, contract management, and supplier performance to ensure cost-effective and compliant operation.  
6. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly address supply chain needs, also will provide regular reports and updates to management on supply chain performance and initiatives.

7. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree and above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or manufacturing.

3. Lead procurement for indirect categories: production equipment, tooling/fixtures, equipment leasing, and outsourced labor services.

4. Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers; conduct market research and benchmark analysis. Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels to achieve best total cost of ownership (TCO).
5. Strong contract management skills – able to draft, interpret, and enforce contract terms, familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and procurement tools.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Knowledge of basic billing, invoicing, and settlement processes for services.
7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

8. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
