Regional Service Sales Manager - Utility and Industrial (Central US Region)

The Opportunity

In this role, you will manage and grow service sales for electrical power equipment and substation services across a defined region supporting electric utility and industrial customers. Your work focuses on helping customers maintain, modernize, and extend the life of critical power assets through service projects, upgrades, retrofits, and long‑term service agreements. You will work across the installed base to identify opportunities where service solutions improve reliability, safety, and operational performance.

This position combines regional sales responsibility with people management. You will guide a service sales team while remaining directly engaged with customers, aligning operational needs, maintenance strategies, and regulatory requirements with appropriate service offerings. Working with technical specialists and internal partners, you will translate real‑world grid challenges—such as aging infrastructure and evolving operational demands—into practical service solutions that support long‑term power system reliability.

Central US locations: TX, OK, MO, KS, CO, NE, IA, IL, WI, MN are preferred, however other locations within a reasonable vicinity to our key customer base will be considered.
